Retevis h777s frequencies. I bought 2 new Retevis RT85 Radio's and I am trying to get them to work with the RT22's. A multilevel power version is nowhere to be found. I bought two of the RT95's new and often have them scanning some UHF freqs that I have loaded. I think someone said Retevis was coming out with a higher wattage repeater at some point but hey apparently (as Randy has shown us) they lie sometimes. I poked around a little bit from the results and it would appear that, like the GD-77, the cable for this radio is just a "patch cable" and the USB to serial conversion is done in the radio. I'm in a learning curve with a couple of new radios. The radios scan fine and will stop as expected when a carrier breaks squelch. Why the radio wouldn't come out of the box with all functions and channels available right away is beyond me but retevis must have decided that was a good idea.
